Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind cases. However, if our products are not up to standard or are faulty, please let us know and we will do our best to put the issue right. We do fulfil our requirements within the consumer’s guarantee act by refunding or replacing faulty or damaged goods. 

If the product is faulty the return shipping will be reimbursed to you.
